ByteDance PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven BNPL Product Lead to shape vision, strategy, and roadmap across legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing and business teams.

You will partner with external and internal teams to design, launch, refine BNPL offerings within ByteDance's payment platform and TikTok ecosystem, while analyzing SEA and global trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in lending (credit card/ consumer loan/BNPL), payments, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce space.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external parties.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
• Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguities, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
