• Minimum of 8 years of related banking experience.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to serve diverse language speakers.
• Certifications: Module 1B, Module 5, Module 6, Module 6A, Module 8, Module 8A, Module 9, Module 9A, and Health Insurance certificate.

2. Develop and implement departmental objectives aligned with the bank's strategic goals, while optimizing workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Maintain effective communication with business units, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth execution of related operations.
4. Advise business lines on critical organizational and human resources issues that impact management efficiency.
5. Strive to achieve the wealth management sales targets assigned by the head office while fostering a service-oriented customer experience.
6. Ensure that all sales activities adhere to internal branch policies and external regulatory requirements.
7. Strengthen staff management and training programs to continuously improve the professional competencies and sales capabilities of wealth management advisors.
8. Manage new residential mortgage loan applications and provide ongoing service and relationship management for existing mortgage clients.
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly address customer complaints, and elevate complex issues to senior management as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from recognized university.
2. Minimum of 8 years of related experience in banks.
3. Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proven leadership and team management skills, strong risk control awareness.
4. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets and products.
5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese so as to provide service to different language speaker.
