Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) seeks a Consulting Account Lead to shape, orchestrate, and deliver transformation journeys for our most strategic customers, with a heavy focus on AI-driven value. You will serve as the senior trusted advisor to C-suite executives, defining how to realize tangible business value from Google Cloud and Gemini.

You will own the customer change journey, from strategy to governance, coordinating across customer, partners, and Google teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology transformation, or customer success.
• Experience in leading technology or digital transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite or VP-level executives.
• Experience supporting public sector clients.
• Experience driving AI transformations in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a lead transformation advisor for C-suite and VP level and stakeholders, delivering industry-specific points of view on how Google Cloud and Gemini drive measurable business value, engaged differentiation, and return on investment.
• Own end-to-end services strategy incorporating AI, shaping and guiding customer's transformation journey by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives and constraints.
• Manage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting, while proactively identifying and mitigating transformation risks.
• Be a change agent focused on navigating organizational complexities to ensure the successful adoption of the platform, including owning the plan to activate and drive usage of Gemini and AI Solutions, communicating progress toward realized value.

The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team is evolving to meet the demands of enterprise AI transformation. As a Consulting Account Lead (CAL), you will be the single point of accountability for shaping, orchestrating, and delivering our most strategic customers' transformation journeys, with a heavy focus on AI-driven transformation. You will act as the senior trusted advisor to C-suite executives, defining the "how" behind their most ambitious goals and ensuring they realize tangible business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Gemini.

You will own the customer's change journey, from architecting the services strategy early in the sales cycle to establishing governance and acting as the unifying thread across complex delivery programs involving the customer, partners, and internal Google teams. You are the definitive post-sales transformation and Customer Experience (CEx) leader on the account.

In this role, you will be expected to be at the customer site approximately 50% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience building business cases and articulating the ROI of technology investments to executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the enterprise AI/ML landscape and enterprise agentic transformation.
