Google Inc. is seeking a Cloud Data Manager within the Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team in Singapore. You will lead a technical team of data consultants and engineers, partner with regional leadership, and own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform initiatives on Google Cloud.

You will guide data migration, design scalable data architectures, and mentor staff while aligning with customer goals, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and successful cloud adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of troubleshooting experience with internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience architecting, designing, and deploying distributed data processing systems with open source technologies.
• Experience managing partners (e.g., channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers).
• Experience using big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and database management systems (e.g. SQL, Apache).
• Experience in people management, including managing engineers or architects, and delivering technical data projects.

As a Cloud Data Manager, you will lead a technical team that is an integral part of the broader Professional Services organization. You will work closely with the regional leadership team to accommodate the demand for skills, to provide technical leadership across the region, and to mentor a growing team. You will bring your demonstrated leadership acumen to a team responsible for ensuring the best experience for customers moving to Google Cloud. You are responsible for providing technical solutions, managing relationships with our customers' key stakeholders, and enabling our Google Cloud partners.

Minimum qualifications

• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience architecting, designing, and deploying distributed data processing systems with one or more open source technologies.
  
• Experience managing partners (e.g., channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers).
• Experience using big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and database management systems (e.g. SQL, Apache).
  
• Experience in people management, including managing engineers or architects, and delivering technical data projects.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  
• Experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third party developers to deliver successful solutions.
• Experience leading IT implementations, IT support, deployments, and business development activities.
  
• Experience with relevant cloud technology, specifically in AI.
• Experience in implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
• Experience programming in one or more languages (e.g. Java, Python, Go, or C++).
