Job summary

EFOR Singapore is seeking a Consultant - Shift Process Engineer (Downstream Processing) to drive industrial transfer projects for our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will provide scientific support and coordinate transfer activities from the sending site to the receiving site, ensuring alignment with GMP, GLP and regulatory expectations.

The role requires a degree in Process Engineering with pharma focus and at least 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical process engineering; experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Process Engineering with pharma focus.
• At least 2 years of pharma process engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial transfer projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific support and coordinate activities required to execute the industrial process transfer from the sending site to the receiving site.
• Support the structuring, organization, and execution of GARAMP (Gap Analysis, Risk Analysis, Mitigation Plan) required for the transfer project.
• Identify process gaps between sending and receiving sites for new process implementation.
• Analyze gaps, assess risks, and propose mitigation actions.
• Participate in defining mitigation plans and track progress.
• Build and manage tracking files for GARAMP activities.
• Organize and participate in project meetings to report progress and findings.
• Support the organization and implementation of risk analyses, such as FMEA, if needed.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data to enable process transfer activities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and regulations (GMP, GLP, etc.)

Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by project activities.
