Roles And Responsibilities

System Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Coordinate UAT activities and manage requirement traceability.

Data Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
Support data migration, reconciliation, and performance tuning activities.
Create dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets to support business decision-making.

OpenText AppWorks Development

Design, develop, and configure enterprise workflow applications using OpenText AppWorks.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
Perform application performance optimization and environment migration activities.

Project & Delivery Management

Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
Support production releases and critical incident resolution.
