Job summary

Infosys in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to design, build and deliver IT solutions for banking clients. You will work in agile teams on transformation projects, collaborating with global peers and client architects to ensure robust, scalable deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, deployment support, and clear communication within a dynamic, hybrid work setup. Relevant OpenShift/Kubernetes, messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and release-management experience are

• Minimum of 6 years IT service experience and 4+ years of technical experience across Banking products integration
• Minimum 3-year experience in a technical team portfolio including customization, data migration, release management, performance & stability and other NFR topics
• Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technology design, build and delivery support for applications at customer site
• Work with global teams in a fast-changing tech landscape and collaborate with peer architects in Bank
• Understand client requirements and provide value-led solutions with clear communication
• Discuss platform engineering topics with client-side architects, including performance improvements and DR/never-down strategies

• We are looking for an experienced Technology Analyst who has experience in working on technology streams for design, build and delivery support.
• The candidate should have proven Technical experience of working in agile Teams for transformation projects
• The candidate will have to perform hands on technology design, build & delivery support for application at customer site.
• Work closely with global teams in a fast-changing technology landscape with an ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment. Candidate will need to build relationships with his peer architects in Bank and support the project delivery.
• Understand client-side business requirements and provide value led solutions. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate expertise in discussing with client-side architects on platform engineering related topics that include application performance improvements, Business recovery design and never down applications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of IT service experience and 4+ years of Technical experience across Banking products integration with different integration system landscape
• Minimum 3-year experience of working in technical team portfolio consisting of customization, Data migration, Release management, Performance & stability and other NFR topics.
• Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in container-based deployments and relevant technology insights of OpenShift/k8s
• Experience in leveraging tools like JIRA, GITHUB and other release management, Devops tools would be essential.
• Experience in working on Event-Driven architecture designs on the back of services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis, Oracle Database and other equivalent backing services would be necessary
• Understanding of Blue-Green deployment, Canary deployment & Service mesh architecture for container based applications.

Desired Characteristics:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience of working in Real Time Payments module would be desirable
