Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced OpenText AppWorks Development professional to support enterprise digital transformation. The role combines business and systems analysis with data engineering to design scalable data solutions and workflow-driven applications.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, drive secure technology solutions, and contribute to delivery excellence with strong analytical and development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks Development and data engineering to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on development experience across data integration, workflow-driven apps, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Manufacturing domains is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to bridge business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for development teams.
• Coordinate UAT activities and manage requirement traceability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and dashboards.
• Support OpenText AppWorks deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Work with architects, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and organizational standards.

System Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate UAT activities and manage requirement traceability.

Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and performance tuning activities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets to support business decision-making.

OpenText AppWorks Development

• Design, develop, and configure enterprise workflow applications using OpenText AppWorks.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
• Perform application performance optimization and environment migration activities.

Project & Delivery Management

• Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
• Support production releases and critical incident resolution.
