Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking an Account Executive in Singapore to lead software sales across ADM, DevOps, and Hybrid IT solutions. You will drive campaigns, qualify opportunities, and close deals with top-tier clients while partnering with Presales and Professional Services.

Based in Singapore, you will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging deep product knowledge and CRM expertise to forecast accurately.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Solutions Sales Executive for our DevOps Cloud portfolio, you will be responsible for leading pursuits in focused territories. You will be driving campaigns to build the pipeline, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. For this opportunity, you will be responsible for a defined set of clients in Singapore.

What The Role Offers

• Direct software sales experience
• Experience in selling Application delivery management (ADM), DevOps, Hybrid IT solutions is a bonus
• Works closely with the extended sales team with Presales, Professional Services and Client Success Management in building effective opportunity and close plans

The successful candidate will be based out of Singapore. At this time, we will be prioritizing candidates who do not require sponsorship to work in Singapore.

What You Need To Succeed

• Considered to be a master in knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell large, complex solutions
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
• In-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structure
• Invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver or influence the sale. Use management (up to C-level) engagement skills to offer value-add solutions to the client
• Utilizes CRM (Salesforce) system as an expert and accurately forecasts business
