Job summary

io-consultants is seeking Consultants for projects based in Singapore. The role involves understanding client requirements, performing data gathering and analysis, and developing new processing and logistics ideas.

You will work on production and logistics process redesigns, prepare budgets and specifications, and collaborate with suppliers and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required.
• Strong written and spoken English, and good presentation skills.
• Ability to work in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ requirements and perform data gathering/analysis.
• Research and develop new processing, operations and logistics ideas.
• Collaborate with clients on production/logistics process re-engineering and design.
• Prepare budgets, specifications, evaluation and selection for systems & equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other consultants during project implementation.
• Manage projects within budget and schedule; prepare reports and presentations.

io-consultants is looking to expand its activities in Asia and is searching for Consultants for projects to be based in Singapore. The candidate must be a team player, full of drive, articulate, creative and have a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Clients’ requirements, perform data gathering, data analysis
• Research and develop new processing, operations and logistics ideas
• Work with Clients on Production / Logistics process re-engineering and design
• Prepare Systems & Equipment budget, specification, evaluation and selection
• Work with Systems & Equipment Suppliers and other Consultants in project implementation
• Manage given projects within agreed budget and schedules
• Project presentation and report preparations

Requirements:

• Good recognized degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Good working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good spoken and written English, communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a lot of self-confidence and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work in teams or independently
• Able to travel for assignments, if required
• 3 -5 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome

Remuneration:

• SGD 4,000 – 5,500 per month with profit sharing scheme
