Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and coordinating the program's change initiatives. This role develops, implements, and manages change strategies that cut across transformation processes, adoption activities, and communication channels. The focus is to guide the organization through change using structured methodologies and strong engagement


• To manage transformation of processes, systems, and organizational objectives.


• Develop and implement strategies to impact and control change, including identifying resistance, risks, and crafting effective interventions to support adoption.


• Management & Engagement


• Manage the people side of change to achieve desired outcomes.


• Focus on helping individuals and teams engage with, adapt to, and use the change in their daily operations.


• Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and adoption.


• Communication & Adoption Activities


• Lead communication efforts across the program to ensure clarity, consistency, and s readiness.


• Coordinate adoption activities such as workshops, briefings, and training sessions to support seamless transition.


• Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement


• Track and monitor change progress, adoption metrics, and feedback.


• Modify the change plan when necessary to ensure effective implementation.


• Provide timely updates and insights to the Program Director and leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree


• Training or proven experience in organizational development or transformation is an advantage. Prior experience driving change initiatives in complex environments.


• Strong exposure to transformation programs, management, and organizational readiness assessment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and collaborate with diverse groups.


• Solid understanding of change management processes, tools, and methodologies.


• Experience working with technology solutions and leveraging digital tools to support change initiatives.
