Job summary

Qualifications

WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate.
WAH assessor certificate.
Risk management course.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.

Responsibilities

Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
Prepare monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submissions.
Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
Participate in Internal/External audits.
Investigate and report WSH incidents & near misses.
Conduct WSH and related training.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
