Job summary

M. BOSE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

seeks a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Singapore. You will ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and per project specifications while coordinating site operations and supporting the project team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of building construction experience, holds BCSS and Pavement Supervisor Certificates, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction.
• BCSS Certificate is mandatory.
• Pavement Supervisor Certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Ensure works meet acceptable standards of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Job description

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisors to oversee daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The successful candidate will coordinate site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and support the project team in achieving project targets.

Role Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carries out at all times.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Role Requirements

• Possessed of (BCSS Certificate) is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the building construction is required for this position.
• Possess Pavement Supervisor Certificate
• Experiences in construction
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
