Job summary

LSD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor in Singapore to coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

You will assist the PM and Project Engineers on daily execution of permanent and temporary works, such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work. You will ensure installations follow drawings, maintain workmanship standards, monitor progress and quality, attend toolbox meetings,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel to ensure Workplace Safety & Health adherence.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on daily execution of permanent and temporary works.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per construction drawings.
• Maintain workmanship standards and meet deadlines.
• Perform routine safety, equipment and materials inspections.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day; night shift required.

• Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
• Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform safety,equipment,materials routine inspection
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day. (Night shift required)
