Job summary

LEE KAR CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan daily site work activities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project schedules.

The role requires at least 2 years of on-site construction experience, particularly in reinforced concrete works, and familiarity with medium to large projects. You will report defects or non-compliances to the Project Manager and ensure adherence to statutory codes and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Plan daily site work activities to organize resources and tasks efficiently.
• Monitor work progress to ensure tasks follow schedules and meet targets.
• Able to study project schedule.
• Report defects or non-compliances to Project Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction site, especially RC works.
• Experience in medium and large projects in construction.
• Conversant in statutory codes and requirements.
