Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a proactive Construction Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, manage safety protocols, and ensure work progresses on plan and within quality standards.

You will maintain documentation, liaise with architects, engineers and project managers, monitor materials, plan schedules, and report progress and issues regularly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in construction supervision or project management.
• Knowledge of WSH Act and Singapore regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress according to plan, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, PPE used, and safe work practices enforced.
• Inspect work, identify defects, and ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
• Liaise with project team and stakeholders; communicate progress and delays.
• Manage on-site resources: labor, materials, equipment; monitor costs.
• Assist in planning work schedules and allocate tasks based on skills.
• Keep accurate records and provide regular site progress reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental compliance and waste management.
• Provide on-the-job training to workers.
