Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Civil).
• Experience as site supervisor is required.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Site Manager on day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure safe work procedures and site safety measures.
• Assist Project Manager to prepare monthly progress claims.
