Job summary

AN FU PRIVATE LIMITED requires a site supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and oversee construction workers on a project. The role entails inspecting works and ensuring alignment with the project plan, while supporting engineers.

You will assist engineers to meet schedules and regulatory requirements, enforce safety rules, coordinate with the project manager, and perform quality control with status reporting. Ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.
• Carry out inspection and monitor rectification works.
• Assist Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.
• Supervise construction and ensure materials align with the Project Plan.
• Assist Engineers to ensure works meet schedule and regulations.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and obeyed.
• Cooperate with project manager and participate with project participants.
• Perform overall quality control and report project status.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.

Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.

Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.

Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and reporting regularly on project status.

Any ad hoc duty will be assigned.
