Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead site planning, operations, and coordination on active construction projects in Singapore.

You will oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors, ensuring clear communication and on-schedule execution while maintaining safety and environmental compliance on site. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments, conducting site meetings, and addressing site challenges to keep progress aligned

Qualifications

• Min 7 years’ experience in construction environment or project-based work site.

Responsibilities

• Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation/activities and coordination.
• Ensure site access and logistics are in-order at all times.
• Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure proper communication and duties on site.
• Conduct site meetings for site & subcontractor issues as required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures and safety provisions on site.
• Monitor progress of Structural, Architectural and M&E works to align with schedule.
• Monitor site progress, troubleshoot constraints and expedite works with engineers and supervisors.
• Coordinate with Contract & Purchase Department to award subcontractors/suppliers as required.
• Assist construction of mock-up units and trade demonstrations; ensure work quality.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

Job description

• Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.
• Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation / activities and not limited to ERSS / excavation works and coordination.
• Ensure site access and logistic are in-order at all times.
• Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure all communication are crossed transmitted, in-order and each of them carry out their duties professionally on site. Conduct site meeting as and when required with regard to site & subcontractor issues.
• Ensures company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure safety provision on site are in-order.
• To monitor and chase Structure, Architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.
• Closely monitoring of site progress and troubleshoot site constraints to expedite works. Performs routine site inspection to resolve site problems with the Engineers, Coordinators and Supervisors.
• Monitor and chase Contract & Purchase Department to award subcontractors/suppliers as and when require.
• To assist the construction of mock-up units and trade demonstration and align work quality.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties required by the company and on any projects as and when require.
