Job summary

Qualifications

• BCSS certificate is required.
• ITE or Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervisory experience in construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines and daily progress; report delays.
• Enforce compliance with WSH standards and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage site materials and equipment to minimize waste.
• Maintain records of site activities, manpower, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance to workers and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
