Job summary

CHL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer to plan, develop and manage construction projects, ensuring safe designs and efficient execution. You will supervise on site, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and authorities to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 1 year of site experience; experience with A&A projects is a plus. Strong communication, problem solving and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil & Structural Engineering.
• 1 year site experience in construction industry.
• Experience in A&A works is a plus.
• Ability to read and write engineering reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and management aspects of projects.
• Manage and plan construction projects and budgets.
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities.
• Prepare monthly project status reports and change orders.
• Ensure safety rules and quality control.
• Liaise with all parties to ensure successful project implementation.
• Implement construction methods and ensure timely start/end.
