is seeking an experienced site supervision professional to lead on-site activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with clients and contractors in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or M&E and a minimum of 5 years as a Resident Engineer supervising building projects, with strong communication skills and accreditation of C&S RE Certificate by IES.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or M&E is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer supervising building projects in Singapore.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Accreditation of C&S RE Certificate by IES is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of construction activities to enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to verify adherence to project specifications and quality requirements.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients, contractors, and project teams to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of daily activities, progress, and inspection reports for project tracking.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and uphold standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to integrate project components and achieve cohesive execution.
• Apply engineering principles to assess construction processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritising responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
• Analyse on-site challenges promptly and develop practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Exercise meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and uphold quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
