Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and coordinate fixes.
• Monitor materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients.
• Maintain accurate progress, delay, incident, and site condition records, with regular reports.
