Job summary

STEEL PRO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish in Singapore. You will manage task assignments, inspections, and client coordination to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to read blueprints, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• CSOC, BCSS, SCW or other recognised construction safety credentials
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
• Solid understanding of construction operations, processes, and equipment
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality requirements.
• Assign job tasks to workers and conduct inspections to evaluate work quality, adherence to specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain open communication with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth coordination for task completion.
• Closely track site progress, document materials usage and milestones, and address any concerns as needed.
• Ensure on-site works comply with local safety regulations and client requirements.
• Regularly report project status and progress updates to the project manager, clients, and senior management.
• Take on additional duties or tasks as required to support project success.
