Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will assist the Project Manager to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance across site activities, drawings, and approvals.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in civil, foundation, ERSS or construction projects.
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress against schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Review drawings, method statements, and project specs for accuracy.
Support planning, resource allocation, and manpower coordination.
Monitor costs, progress claims, and work schedules with QS team.
Ensure permits and approvals are obtained before work starts.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
