Job summary

The role involves coordinating with site and senior project managers, procuring materials and labor, and developing schedules to optimize on-site progress while monitoring costs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with site managers and senior project managers.
• Ability to procure materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Experience developing and organizing work schedules for on-site tasks.
• Budget monitoring to control costs and prevent overspending.
• Strong communication of on-site instructions from management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site managers and senior project managers to align on project goals and requirements.
• Verify that client and senior management specifications are fulfilled throughout the project.
• Procure materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project needs.
• Develop and organize work schedules to sequence onsite construction tasks effectively.
• Monitor budgets for labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and prevent overspending.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from senior project managers to teams.
