STAR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to perform regular site checks and enforce hygienic standards across site facilities, ensuring mosquito-free conditions.

You will work with the Project Manager and WSHO on environmental issues, implement EHS systems, and prepare routine reports while maintaining compliance with NEA regulations and ECM plans.

Formación

• Must be a registered ECO with NEA.
• CoC in ECM for Construction Site Personnel.
• If without CoC, must attend PUB-IES course within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience (HIP/BTO/NEA projects).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site checks to keep common areas clean, hygienic and mosquito-free.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and WSHO on environmental issues (noise, air, water, drainage, and disease control).
• Implement and monitor environmental, health and safety systems at worksites.
• Carry out daily day-end housekeeping checks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Housekeeping Reports.
• Maintain documentation for environmental public health requirements and ECM plans.
• Liaise with NEA and relevant authorities on environmental issues.
• Supervise Housekeepers and Pest Control Operator to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Update ECM plan regularly in response to site changes.
