Job summary
Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd is seeking an NEA-Registered ECO to join our environmental health team in Singapore. You will coordinate environmental control programs, ensure compliance with NEA and EHS regulations, and prepare regular Environmental Control Reports.
You will conduct environmental control audits, promote public health at site, train staff, and maintain ISO 14001:2015 standards. Immediate start preferred; salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Must be NEA Registered ECO.
- Min 3 years of ECO experience locally.
- Familiar with OSH/ISO documentation.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
- ECMO qualification required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement all Environmental Control Programs.
- Ensure compliance with NEA and EHS regulations.
- Produce Site Environmental Control Reports regularly.
- Conduct environmental control audits and investigations.
- Promote environmental public health at the site and conduct training.
- Maintain records and documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Advise site staff on environmental issues and remedial actions.
- Maintain ISO 14001:2015 alignment.
