Job summary

You will drive revenue by developing strong relationships with contractors, developers, builders, suppliers, and other industry clients, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver on project needs. You will promote services, identify opportunities, handle quotations and contracts, visit sites, and manage client expectations to ensure project success and target

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within construction/building materials/engineering.
• Experience supervising or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Experience dealing with contractors, developers, construction companies, suppliers, and project managers.
• Building-related software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team to hit targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, builders, suppliers, and clients in construction.
• Promote and sell construction services to new and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
• Visit sites and meet project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to understand requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
