Job summary

CHUAN WANG PARQUET PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive growth in the construction sector. You will build relationships with developers, architects, designers and builders while pursuing new opportunities.

The role involves traveling to visit potential clients, canvassing leads, handling inquiries, preparing quotes and negotiating contracts. Strong communication, presentation and MS Office skills are essential, and 1–2 years of sales experience in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the Construction related Industry.
• Fresh graduates with excellent positive attitude may be considered.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with developers, architects, designers and builders to establish good working relationships.
• Travel to visit potential clients and/or clients.
• Execute day to day sales activities: canvassing for new leads, handling inquiries, preparing and following up quotations/tenders, negotiating contracts.
• Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers.
• Fully responsible for Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team! As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• A 'People' person, enjoy interacting and actively seek out and can establish good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc
• This position requires travelling to pay visit to potential clients &/ clients
• Execute day to day sales activities includes canvasing for new leads, attending sales enquiries, preparation and follow up of quotations/ tenders and negotiation of sales contracts
• Result Oriented, Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
• Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts
• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the Construction related Industry; Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitude maybe considered
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of market, industry trends and competitors are an added advantage
• Working location (North – Woodlands Area)
