RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive in Singapore to join a multinational manufacturer of construction solutions. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience, strong communication skills, and is self-motivated. The position includes a salary of up to $4,200 plus allowances and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Comfortable with travelling for customer visits within Singapore.
• Owning a transport is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Promote the company's range of products and solutions to contractors, distributors, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales enquiries to achieve conversion targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.

Requirements
