Job summary

LE FONG BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Sales Executive in Singapore to generate project leads, conduct site visits, and coordinate with architects, developers, and contractors. You will prepare proposals, participate in tenders, and manage CRM data while building market insights in waterproofing admixture.

The role offers a 5-day work week with a basic salary up to SGD 4,000, plus transport allowance, petrol card, and sales commission. Prior construction sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new project leads through inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz.
• Conduct site visits to verify project signage and gather information.
• Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss project proposals.
• Prepare proposals with product specs, budget costs, and mock-ups for approval.
• Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
• Manage and update project leads and client data in the CRM system.
• Analyze market trends and competitor product specs in waterproofing admixture industry.
• Monitor market share for strategic planning.
• Follow up on projects during pre-tender and tender stages with timely feedback.
