Job summary

DesignCliniq Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction/Renovation Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for five Singapore entities and multiple renovation projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, independent work, and timely invoicing and payments across several projects.

You will handle project costs, supplier and subcontractor accounts, and monthly financial reporting while maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring compliance with GST and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Singapore companies preferred.
• Experience handling multiple entities is highly preferred.
• Not a basic data-entry position; ownership of bookkeeping and project records is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain separate financial records for each renovation/construction project.
• Record contract value, contract number, customer details, project address and payment terms.
• Record deposits, progress claims, retention, payments received and outstanding balances.
• Maintain records of approved Variation Orders (VO) and revised contract values.
• Prepare monthly reports including Accounts Receivable/Payable aging and cash flow summaries.
• Record GST and ensure proper tax treatment per instructions.
