Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
• Good understanding of local building regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for construction projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks to monitor workmanship and materials.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality-related documents.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters.
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide quality training and guidance to project teams.
• Support external audits and client inspections.
