Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, delivery dates, and payment terms with suppliers within an established framework.
• Track order status, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate logistics.
• Upon arrival, check quantity and quality of materials and assist in quality inspection.
• Manage supplier documents, such as invoices and delivery receipts, and process payment transactions.
• Maintain purchasing records and update inventory and cost data.
• Resolve supply issues such as delays, defects, or returns.
• Communicate with the project team about changes in requirements.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and performance feedback.
