Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Professional to source and procure construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman materials. You will obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in construction or renovation, with strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Independent work and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in construction, building, or renovation.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and quotation comparison skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman-related materials, tools, and equipment.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.
• Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget.
• Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
