Job summary

A2 Construction Company invites a Project Manager to join our team in Singapore (Kaki Bukit). You will assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in coordinating work for the ongoing project and oversee the day‑to‑day operations at site.

You will manage contractors, liaise with stakeholders and tenants, monitor safety, budget, and quality, and support feasibility studies and issue resolution for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in coordinating work for the on-going project
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project
• Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractor and operation colleagues of the commercial building
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
