Job summary

HD Contractor Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the Tai Seng area. You will plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage multiple on-site teams to deliver quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in construction.
• On-site project management and coordination of multiple subcontractors.
• 1–3 years' PM/APM experience in Singapore.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget for project delivery.
• Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and address project risks.
• Ensure project adheres to contract terms and regulations.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues.
• Ensure successful project completion and documentation.
