Job summary

You will coordinate design reviews, manage tender submissions, and ensure compliance with safety and QA requirements while liaising with clients and subcontractors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project & Facilities Management or related discipline.
• QS or Architecture background acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction/building sector.
• Experience with an A1 main contractor is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance / Health & Safety support across projects.
• Coordinate design reviews, tenders, and client meetings.
• Sign off design drawings for tenders and project cost reports.
• Review and manage variation notices and procurement actions.
• Ensure timely project cost reporting and client progress claims.
