Job summary

Tian Fu Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in coordinating all MEP services to meet the program. You will liaise with clients and consultants on work progress, attend progress/site meetings, and review design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services or related field, a minimum of 3 years' local construction experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on Singapore construction projects.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress.
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings.
• Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirements.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Manage M&E sub-contractors' work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time.
• Ensure good quality of works on site.
