Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from planning through completion, based in the North-East.

You will coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams, manage schedules, costs, and resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This permanent role offers a basic salary up to SGD 5,500 plus performance bonus and AWS, with Monday-Saturday hours.

• Issue Site Instructions (SI) and Variation Orders (VO) where required.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and relevant construction regulations.
