Job summary

AKS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish in Singapore.

You will oversee site operations, monitor progress, and ensure work aligns with specifications, timelines and quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, manpower, safety compliance, and project documentation, and prepare progress reports for management meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, and site activities.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements and project documentation.
