Job summary

PS M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned civil engineering professional to oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires 15+ years with a main contractor, deep knowledge of regulations, and strong cost management skills to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from PE board approved universities
• Proficient in project construction management
• Minimum 15 years of experience with Main Contractor on large civil projects in Singapore
• Familiar with government agencies and construction regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical and management aspects of the projects.
• Monitor site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and schedule of works.
• Assist and support the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Responsible for awarding delivery orders and preparing contract-related documents.
• Responsible for preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries and the assessment of quotations upon receipt.
• Maintain contract documentation and provide advice on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
• Responsible for handling cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Practical experience in the related field of building construction projects.
