AAREEYES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Civil Engineer to oversee planning, scheduling, and management of major civil construction projects.

The role involves coordinating technical and administrative aspects with the main contractor, ensuring adherence to regulations and efficient cost control. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, extensive project construction management experience, and at least 15 years in large-scale civil projects within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university approved by the PE board.
• Proficient in project construction management.
• Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects in Singapore.
• Familiar with various government agencies and construction regulations.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in large-scale Civil and Construction projects with a Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate the technical and management aspects of the projects.
• Monitor site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and schedule of works.
• Assist and support the project manager in handling and monitoring project progress.
• Award delivery orders and prepare contract-related documents.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor enquiries and assess quotations on receipt.
• Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
• Handle cost engineering functions including budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Apply practical experience in building construction projects.
