Job summary

Honrise Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects and daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver project requirements, review drawings, monitor progress, manage costs and enforce site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction activities, project schedules and site progress.
• Allocate manpower, materials and equipment according to project needs.
• Supervise site supervisors, workers and subcontractors, ensuring clear instructions.
• Review drawings, specifications and work methods before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors on sequencing and changes.
