Job summary

Honrise Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects and daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver project requirements, review drawings, monitor progress, manage costs and enforce site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and procurement to minimise delays and material shortages.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain site records, including manpower deployment and completed works.
