Job summary

Honrise Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Singapore. You will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, on-schedule progress, and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and allocate work to construction workers.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager, engineers and subcontractors on schedules and site requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and explain work requirements to the site team.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Track daily progress, identify delays and report issues.
• Arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment for scheduled work.
• Conduct daily briefings and reinforce site safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Identify unsafe conditions and address hazards promptly.
• Maintain daily records of attendance, progress and material usage.
• Coordinate inspections, rectify defects and support project handover.
