Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day construction management, coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience managing projects above S$3 million, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects above S$3 million.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexibly and respond efficiently to different situations.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and technical competency.
• Solid knowledge of project processes, building regulations, health and safety, and environmental best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per client requirements.
• Manage day-to-day construction management and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and building regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, contractors and staff.
• Lead the project team, site staff, materials and equipment management.
• Prepare regular progress reports and document changes to scope.
