Job summary

ARASAN GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will foster stakeholder collaboration and drive continuous improvement while working across on-site and office environments. The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, preferably in conservation or restoration projects such as museums or historical buildings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline.
• 3–5 years PM experience, preferably in conservation/restoration projects.
• PMP certification is a plus; willingness to learn for candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles to deliver completion within budget, time, and quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all project phases.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and drive execution.
• Enforce ESG standards on projects.
• Promote continuous improvement in operations and processes.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Apply planning and time management to meet project demands.
• Handle multiple projects under pressure with attention to detail.
• Support project team performance and well-being.
• Operate effectively on-site and in the office.
