Job summary

ARASAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Control Manager to lead project control activities, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain budget compliance across multiple projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress with performance data, and apply risk mitigation strategies while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification such as PMP or PMI-SP.
• Over 10 years of proven experience in project control and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project control activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to align schedules, budgets, and resources for effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress and analyze performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and enhance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements throughout project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD to schedule, budget, and report project status.
• Apply project management methodologies and tools for scheduling, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives and maintain high performance under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve project issues.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Navigate Singapore road routes and operate forklifts safely, holding a Class 4 and forklift license.
